Thank you for choosing the Cleaning Project! Before we begin the process of giving you the cleaning you deserve, here are some guidelines you need to know:
- The Cleaning Project Ph(TCP) will provide all the equipment, materials, and tools required to provide the cleaning services.
- The Client must provide running water and electricity at the premises where the cleaning will be done.
- TCP cannot be responsible for damages due to faulty and/or improper installation, lack of maintenance, or general wear and tear of any items.
- The Client may be billed additional fees if there will be a request to change services different from original estimate.
- The Client must secure all fragile and highly breakable items. All sentimental or valuable items must also be well kept. TCP will avoid cleaning requests for irreplaceable or sentimental items.
- In case of accidental damage, TCP will repair the item at its cost or replace an identical replacement. This replacement maybe brand new or used.
- The Client has the right to inspect TCP staff for security purposes.
- The Client accepts and understands that poor service, breakage/damage or theft must be reported within 24 hours from the service date. Failure to do so will entitle customer to no refunds or recovery cleanings.
Pictures and Videos of before and after work
For first time customers and one-time customers, we take before and after photos of our work. These pictures are used for training, proof of performance as well as promotion. If you do not want pictures taken of work areas in your home please notify us when you schedule your cleaning.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Customer can cancel the scheduled services by giving no less than 48 hours prior notice in writing. If the service is booked with less than 48-hours from when it takes place, the Client waives the right to cancel the booking. In case the service is cancelled, TCP will require the Client to pay a 30% cancellation fee based on agreed booking quotation.
If the Customer reschedules 48 hours before the service schedule no cancellation/rescheduling fee is required. If the Customer reschedules less than 48 hours of the service schedule, rescheduling fee is P500.
